Send quotes and invoices, and get paid by PayNow
Create a quote, send it by email or WhatsApp, let customers accept online, then invoice with a PayNow QR.

Quotes
- Open Quotes, under Grow, and click New quote. Pick the lead it is for.
- Add line items, any discount, GST (none, add 9%, or prices include 9%) and a valid-until date, then Create draft.
- Click Send to customer and choose email, WhatsApp or both. The customer gets a link to view the quote, and the email carries the PDF.
- The customer clicks Accept quotation and signs, or declines. You can also upload a signed PDF yourself.
Good to know
Only drafts can be edited. Revise replaces a sent quote with a new draft and a new number.
Invoices
Once a quote is accepted, click Convert to invoice. Send it by email or WhatsApp; the invoice shows a PayNow QR code. When the money lands, click Mark paid and choose how it was paid.
Set up PayNow
In Integrations, under PayNow payment requests, enter your UEN or PayNow mobile number. You can also send a PayNow request from any lead with Request payment.
