Invite your team and choose their roles
Add staff to Ah Va as an owner, manager, sales or viewer, and decide who gets new leads.

Send an invite
- Open Team, under Account in the menu.
- In Invite a teammate, enter their email and, if you like, their WhatsApp number.
- Pick a role and click Send invite. They get an email with an Accept invite button, valid for 7 days.
Which role to pick
- Sales: sees only their own leads and chats. Right for most salespeople.
- Viewer: sees everything, for someone who needs to watch but not run things.
- Manager: everything a viewer sees, plus Ah Va's settings and the team.
- Owner: full control, including billing.
Good to know
Only owners and managers can invite or remove people, and nobody can give a role higher than their own.
Change or remove access
- Remove takes someone off the account straight away. The last owner cannot be removed, so add another owner first.
- To change someone's role, remove them, then invite them again with the new role.
- Revoke cancels an invite that has not been accepted yet.
