Connect Instagram and Facebook Messenger
Bring Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger into the same inbox as WhatsApp, with Ah Va answering. One Facebook login covers both.

- Open Integrations and find Instagram & Messenger. Click Connect.
- Log in with the Facebook account that manages your business Page, and allow the permissions Meta asks for.
- Your Page, and the Instagram account linked to it, appear in the card, each with its own Ah Va: ON/OFF switch.
- Import history brings in past chats. They arrive with Ah Va off, so she never answers an old message.
- Disconnect stops Ah Va sending and receiving, and keeps the conversations.
- Only owners and managers can connect or change these.
Good to know
Instagram messages are still being switched on for all accounts. If yours do not appear after connecting, message us and we will set it up with you.
