Find, filter and organise your chats
Search, show unread chats only, star, archive or block, and start a new WhatsApp conversation.

Find a chat
- Search by name, number or message text.
- Unread only shows chats nobody on your team has opened since the customer last wrote. Ah Va replying does not mark them read.
- The tabs split chats into Active, Mine (your leads), Starred, Archived and Hidden.
- With more than one channel or WhatsApp number, extra filters appear so you can look at one at a time.
Organise
Each chat's menu has Star, Archive and Hide. Block stops Ah Va answering that person's WhatsApp messages and calls. Their messages still arrive, and you can unblock them here or under Security.
Watch out
Clear deletes every message stored in that chat in Ah Va, and cannot be undone. It does not touch the customer's phone.
Start a new WhatsApp conversation
Click New conversation. WhatsApp only lets businesses message someone who has not written first with an approved template, so you pick one here. Templates and broadcasts.
