Disconnect a WhatsApp number from Ah Va
Stop Ah Va reading and answering a number, and choose whether to keep the chats she already stored or erase them for good.

In Ah Va
- Open Integrations and scroll to WhatsApp numbers.
- Under the number, click Disconnect from Ah Va.
- Choose Keep the chats Ah Va already has, or Delete everything Ah Va copied from this number. Deleting erases every chat, message and saved contact from that number for good, so nobody on your team can open them again. Leads already created stay in Leads.
- Type the last four digits of the number and click Disconnect (or Disconnect and delete).
Good to know
Any owner or manager can disconnect. Only the account owner can delete the chats. Messages scheduled to go out on that number are cancelled.
On your phone (WhatsApp Business app numbers)
In WhatsApp Business, open Settings, then Account, then Business Platform, and tap Disconnect. That ends the link on WhatsApp's side. Your chats stay on your phone.
Changed your mind later? Connect the number again at any time.
