Choose how long call recordings are kept, remove a WhatsApp number's chats, and ask for your data to be deleted.

Call recordings and transcripts
In Integrations, under Data & privacy, choose how long recordings and transcripts are kept (7, 30 or 90 days, or 1 year), or switch storing them off.
WhatsApp chats
Disconnecting a WhatsApp number lets the account owner delete every chat, message and saved contact that came in on it. Disconnect a WhatsApp number.
Delete your data
To have your account's data deleted, follow the steps on our data deletion page, or email us. Read our privacy policy for what we keep and why.
