Listen to calls, read transcripts and take over a live call
Every call Ah Va handles comes with a recording, transcript and summary. You can also listen in on a live call, or take it over.

Past calls
Open Calls, under Inbox. You see the last 100 calls with the caller, time, length, an AI summary and any lead Ah Va captured. Click a call to expand it: the recording player sits above the full transcript.
Live calls
- Open Live calls, under Inbox. Calls in progress appear as they happen.
- Check Ring this number when I listen or take over shows your phone.
- Click Listen in. Your phone rings, and you hear the call without being heard.
- Click Take over to talk to the caller yourself. Ah Va drops off. Hang up your phone to end the call, or click Stop listening to leave it with Ah Va.
Good to know
A few calls connect in a simpler mode that cannot be listened to or taken over. The page marks those.
How long recordings are kept
In Integrations, under Data & privacy, choose how long to keep recordings and transcripts (7, 30 or 90 days, or 1 year), or switch storing them off.
