Block numbers and review security events
Block a number from reaching Ah Va, review what her protection caught, and screen out spam and robocalls.

Open Security, under Account. Ah Va's protection is always on: she refuses attempts to trick her into sharing data or acting outside her job, and flags repeat offenders.
- Blocked numbers: click Block number to stop someone reaching Ah Va by phone or WhatsApp, and Unblock to undo it. You can also block from a chat.
- Recent security events: the latest things her protection caught.
- Screen spam & robocalls, in Agent settings, lets Ah Va politely end telemarketing and robocalls. It is on by default.
