Set up your booking page and bookable services
Each calendar in Ah Va is a bookable service with its own link. Share the link, or add a Book a call button to your website.
Create a bookable service
- Open Calendars, under Grow, and click New calendar.
- Pick a type: 1:1 (individual), Collective (whole team), Round-robin or Class / group.
- Enter a Calendar name and Duration (min), then click Create calendar.
- Fine-tune it in the tabs: questions to ask, who is notified, booking hours, buffers before and after, and a maximum per day.
Good to know
Team, round-robin and group calendars need the Growth plan. Checking that the whole team is free works with Google Calendar.
Share your booking page
Your booking page on the Calendars page has your link. Each calendar also has Copy link, which opens that service directly. Customers can book up to 30 days ahead and get a confirmation straight away.
Add a Book a call button to your website
Copy the embed line from Your booking page and paste it into your website. It adds a floating Book a call button. You can also show the booking form inside a page instead.
Ask everything on one page, or a few at a time
Under After booking, How the form is asked lets you choose All on one page, or A few at a time with a progress bar. The step-by-step form saves answers as they are typed, so you still get the details of people who give up halfway. They appear under Started, never finished on the Bookings page.
