Manage bookings, no-shows and reminders
Confirm, mark attended or no-show, and chase the people who started booking but never finished.

Open Bookings, under Grow. Ah Va sends WhatsApp confirmations, reminders and review requests for the appointments she books. The tiles show this month's bookings and their value.
Update each appointment
- Switch between the List and Calendar views.
- Use Confirm, Attended, No-show or Cancel on each booking. A no-show can be set back to Rebooked.
- Past appointments that still say booked ask you to mark the outcome, so your numbers stay true.
- Call to confirm asks Ah Va to call the customer.
People who started booking but never finished
Started, never finished lists anyone from the last 30 days who began a step-by-step booking form and left a phone number or email. Follow them up while they are still interested.
Customers can move their own booking
Confirmations and reminders include a link that lets customers reschedule or cancel. Your calendar and reminders update to match, and you are told.
