Forward your business line to Ah Va
Keep the number customers already call, and forward it to your Ah Va number: all the time, or only when you are busy or do not pick up.
First, find your Ah Va number on the Phone number page. It shows there once your number is active. Get your Singapore number.
From a mobile phone
- iPhone: open Settings, then Phone (under Apps on newer iPhones), then Call Forwarding. Switch it on and enter your Ah Va number.
- Android: in the Phone app, open Settings, then Calls or Supplementary services, then Call forwarding. Here you can choose when to forward: always, when busy, when unanswered, or when unreachable.
From an office line
Ask your line provider to set up call forwarding to your Ah Va number. Most offer forwarding always, or only when a call is busy or not answered.
Tip
Want to pick up first and let Ah Va catch the rest? Forward only when unanswered or busy. Every missed call then still reaches someone.
Test it: call your usual number from another phone and let it forward. The call shows up on the Calls page with a transcript.
