Get your Singapore phone number for Ah Va

Apply for a new +65 3 number, or bring your existing +65 6 landline across. We handle the paperwork; you sign one form.

Before you start

  • An active Ah Va plan. Until then, test calls use a shared number.
  • Your ACRA business profile (Bizfile) as a PDF.
  • A photo of the front of the authorised signatory's NRIC.

Pick the kind of number

  • A new +65 3 number: usually live in 7 to 14 business days.
  • Your existing +65 6 landline, moved to Ah Va: usually 6 to 18 business days.

Good to know

Mobile numbers (+65 8 or +65 9) cannot be moved across. Keep your mobile and forward it to Ah Va instead.

Apply

  1. Open Phone number, under Ah Va in the menu, and click Start application.
  2. Fill in Business identity, the Authorised signatory and the number type, then upload the documents. Your draft saves as you go.
  3. Click Review & sign LOA, type the signatory's name exactly, tick the declaration and click Sign & submit.

We submit it for approval within one business day. The page shows where it is and an estimated live date. Once it says Active, call the number to hear Ah Va answer, or forward your existing line to it. The number belongs to your business.
