Run an outbound call campaign
Give Ah Va a list and a brief. She calls each contact within your hours, retries missed calls, and never calls anyone who opted out.

- Open Outbound calls, under Grow, and click New campaign.
- Name it and write what the call is about. Ah Va follows this brief.
- Paste your contacts, one per line (up to 2,000).
- Set the calling window (Singapore time) and attempts per contact (1 to 3).
- Confirm the PDPA and Do Not Call declaration, then click Create campaign.
- Click Start when ready. You can Pause, Resume or Cancel at any time.
Good to know
Ah Va dials a few calls at a time, retries no-answers and voicemails the next day, and never calls anyone who opted out. It needs your Ah Va phone number to be live.
