Test Ah Va in your browser
Talk to your own Ah Va from the browser before any customer does, then fix anything she gets wrong.

- On Home, click Test Ah Va in your browser, or use Test Ah Va in browser at the bottom of Agent settings.
- Click Start call and allow your microphone when the browser asks. The first call after a change can take a few seconds to connect.
- Ask what your customers ask: prices, opening hours, a booking. Click End call when you are done.
Heard something wrong? Fix it in Agent settings or answer it once in Knowledge gaps, then call again. Teach Ah Va about your business.
